6 week pregnancy yoga course, online and in-person
Join me for a transformative 6-week prenatal yoga program designed to nurture your body and mind during pregnancy.
Each week, we’ll meet for a yoga session tailored specifically for the pregnant body, with a unique theme to support your journey into motherhood:
MOVE: Learn safe yoga postures to strengthen and prepare your body for birth.
BREATHE: Practice breathwork techniques to stay calm, focused, and in control during pregnancy and labour.
ANATOMY: Explore active birth positions and pelvic floor exercises to help your baby move through the pelvis with ease.
VISUALISE: Enjoy guided relaxations to envision the birth you desire.
SURRENDER: Understand how your hormones and birth environment can shape a positive birth experience.
HONOUR: Reframe birth as a powerful and celebratory rite of passage.
After each session, I’ll send you an online guide so you can explore the weekly theme in more depth. This is a chance to:

Relax your mind with breathwork and guided relaxation.
Build connections with other mums-to-be.
Feel informed and empowered with invaluable birth education.
Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or adding to your family, this course will help you feel confident and ready for the birth you deserve.
Course Structure
The program starts with an in-person class at Growth and Gratitude studio in Hoghton, Preston, where we’ll connect as a group and begin building a supportive postnatal community. The remaining five sessions will be held online, so you can practice in the comfort of your own home.
You’ll also have the option to join a WhatsApp group with the other mums-to-be, offering support and encouragement throughout pregnancy and into motherhood.
Important Information
This course is suitable for mums-to-be in their second trimester (after the 12-week scan) through to full-term.
