Pregnancy Yoga Burnley
6 week pregnancy yoga course, online and in-person
Join me for a nurturing and empowering 6-week prenatal yoga journey, designed to support your body, mind, and spirit as you prepare for birth.
Each week, we’ll come together for a specially designed yoga session, focusing on a unique theme to guide you through pregnancy and into motherhood:
MOVE – Strengthen and prepare your body with safe, pregnancy-friendly yoga postures.
BREATHE – Master breathwork techniques to stay calm, centered, and in control during pregnancy and labor. ANATOMY – Learn active birth positions and pelvic floor exercises to support an easier birth.
VISUALISE – Experience guided relaxations to help you connect with your baby and envision a positive birth.
SURRENDER – Discover how hormones and your birth environment influence your experience.
HONOUR – Embrace birth as a powerful and transformative rite of passage.
After each session, you’ll receive an online guide to explore the weekly theme in more depth. This program is an opportunity to:

✔ Connect with other mums-to-be in a supportive space

How It Works
We’ll begin with an in-person session at Pendle Wellbeing Hub in Barrowford, Burnley, where we’ll meet as a group and start building a strong postnatal support network. The remaining five sessions will be held online, allowing you to practice from the comfort of home.
You’ll also have the option to join a WhatsApp group for extra support and connection throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Who Can Join?
This program is ideal for mums-to-be in their second trimester (after your 12-week scan) through to full term.
