Pregnancy Yoga Clitheroe
Join me for a 3-week prenatal yoga journey designed to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. This course offers a blend of movement, breathwork, and birth education to help you feel strong, calm, and empowered.
Each week, we’ll explore themes to guide you through pregnancy and birth:
MOVE – Learn safe, effective yoga postures to strengthen your body and prepare for labour.
BREATHE – Master breathwork techniques to help you stay grounded and in control during pregnancy and birth.
ANATOMY – Discover active birth positions and pelvic floor exercises to encourage optimal fetal positioning.
VISUALISE – Relax with guided meditations to connect with your baby and envision a positive birth experience.
SURRENDER – Understand the role of hormones and your birth environment in shaping a smooth, empowering labour.
HONOUR – Embrace birth as a transformative and deeply personal rite of passage.
After each session, you'll receive a comprehensive online guide to deepen your understanding and continue your practice at home.

Important Information
This course is suitable for mums-to-be in their second trimester (after the 12-week scan) through to full-term.
