Join me for a transformative six-week prenatal yoga course designed to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. Through a mindful blend of movement, breathwork, and birth education, you'll cultivate strength, relaxation, and confidence as you prepare for birth.
Each week, we’ll explore key themes to guide you through pregnancy and beyond:
MOVE – Practice safe, effective yoga postures to strengthen your body and prepare for labour.
BREATHE – Learn breathwork techniques to help you stay calm and in control during pregnancy and birth.
ANATOMY – Explore active birth positions and pelvic floor exercises to encourage optimal fetal positioning.
VISUALISE – Connect with your baby through guided meditations and positive birth affirmations.
SURRENDER – Understand how hormones and your birth environment shape a smooth, empowering labour.
HONOUR – Embrace birth as a transformative and deeply personal journey.
After each session, you’ll receive a comprehensive online guide to deepen your understanding and continue your practice at home.

Who Can Join?
This course is suitable for mums-to-be from 12 weeks pregnant (after your first scan) through to full term.
