6 week, in-person Pregnancy Yoga Course

Join me for a transformative 6-week prenatal yoga program in Clitheroe, Ribble Valley designed to nurture your body and mind during pregnancy. Each week, you’ll experience a full yoga class tailored specifically for the pregnant body, with a special theme to support your journey into motherhood:

MOVE: Discover safe yoga postures to nurture your body and prepare for birth.
BREATHE: Practice breathwork techniques to help you stay calm and in control during pregnancy and labour.
GET UPRIGHT: Learn active birth positions and pelvic floor exercises to support your baby’s movement through the pelvis.
VISUALISE: Enjoy guided relaxations to envision the birth you desire.
SURRENDER: Understand how hormones and your birth environment play a key role in achieving a positive birth.
HONOUR: Reframe birth as a powerful rite of passage to be celebrated, not feared.

After each class, I’ll provide you with an online guide so you can explore the weekly theme further at your own pace.

I’m thrilled that Meg, a hypnobirthing teacher and doula from Birth Evolution, will be joining us during the course. Meg will share insights into the biomechanics of the pelvis, teach active birth techniques, and answer any questions you have about pregnancy and birth.

Whether you’re a first-time mum or have been through pregnancy before, this course will help you prepare for the birth you deserve.

All props, including birth balls, are provided. Please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a blanket and a small cushion for your head.
